If a piece is not right, send it back. No stories needed.

The Window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags still attached.

How To Start One

• Email returns@momentum.com with your order number.
• We send you a return label and instructions within one business day.
• Drop the parcel off — refunds are processed within 5 business days of it landing with us.

Exchanges

Sizing out? Tell us the size you want and we will hold it while your return is in transit, stock permitting.

Not Returnable

• Socks, underwear and stickers, for hygiene reasons.
• Final sale and archive pieces, which are marked as such on the product page.

Faults

If something arrives damaged or fails in normal wear, send us a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and return shipping is on us.
